Justin, a proud native of eastern Idaho, has a strong connection to the Gem State. After completing his studies at BYU Idaho, where he met his wife, he and his family settled in Idaho Falls in 2015, where they are dedicated to raising their five children. Like a true Idahoan, Justin enjoys the great outdoors and all the recreational activities it offers with his family.

In 2015, he founded HomePro, motivated by a commitment to elevate quality, craftsmanship, and transparent communication within the construction and roofing industry. Aware of the void in the market for quality and craftsmanship, Justin is deeply invested in durability and longevity in construction. As a Public Adjuster, he advocates tirelessly for homeowners, ensuring they receive the compensation they rightfully deserve from insurance companies. His proactive approach and keen attention to detail embody HomePro’s motto: “Do it right.”

Originally from New York, Janice and her family relocated to Idaho Falls in 2020 after falling in love with all of the natural beauty that Idaho has to offer. She joined HomePro in 2021, bringing with her a wealth of experience in remodeling since beginning her career in 2006 in Phoenix, Arizona.

As a second-generation designer and contractor, remodeling is in her blood. She specializes in managing complex, full-scale renovations, blending functionality with luxury. Her designs maximize space while incorporating unique, refined touches that elevate each project. Becoming a partner in 2024, she has continued to expand HomePro’s line up of services, while maintaining the focus on customer service and quality.

Born in Rexburg and having moved to Idaho Falls in 2018, Austin is a true Idaho native. Before joining HomePro, he worked as a project manager in Utah’s commercial construction industry, further honing his skills. With 20 years of extensive experience in home building and commercial construction, Austin brings invaluable insight to every stage of the process. A proud father of four, he enjoys the great outdoors with his family, including large camping family reunions. Austin and his wife put down roots in Idaho Falls, purchasing their first home just outside of town. They now enjoy raising a family on a hobby farm with goats, cows, chickens, and horses. In 2018, he partnered with Justin to expand HomePro’s presence in the commercial construction and siding industry. Austin has a passion for complex metal roofing, particularly standing seam roofs and accents. His dedication to exceptional customer service sets him apart as one of the best salesmen and project managers on the team.

Jason has been a member of the HomePro family since 2018. He grew up in Billings, MT and has lived in Pocatello since 2015 where he met his wife. They have made Pocatello their home, buying their first house there and welcoming their new baby boy in 2024. Jason has a passion for customer service and an eye for quality. Branching out into window replacements in 2022, he has quickly become an authority on Pella and Milgard products and is fastidious about a quality install.

Born in Rexburg, Idaho, Kent has been working in construction since the age of 14, gaining experience in roofing and remodels. Before joining HomePro in 2022, he spent three years as a welder and fabricator, followed by farming alfalfa and other crops. These experiences helped Kent develop a strong work ethic and refine his hands-on skills. With a keen attention to detail, he specializes in tackling the challenges that Idaho and Wyoming’s extreme climate conditions present to roofing, siding, and windows. Kent also has expertise in gutter installation and heat cable application.

Kent met his wife in Rexburg, and they were married in 2019. He is currently building their home in Rexburg for their growing family, which includes twin girls and a new baby boy. An avid hunter and outdoorsman, Kent enjoys spending time in nature whenever possible. His tenacious work ethic and can-do attitude make him an invaluable asset to the HomePro team.

Tim brings over 13 years of experience in the roofing industry, specializing in flat roof and membrane roofing. Growing up in Ririe and moving to Idaho at the age of six, Tim now calls Blackfoot home, where he lives with his family. Outside of work, Tim enjoys gardening, exploring the great outdoors, kayaking, and practicing martial arts. With extensive expertise in commercial roofing, including TPO, PVC, EPDM, and Asphalt, Tim is dedicated to delivering top-quality results. In 2023, he joined HomePro, bringing with him leadership skills, hands-on experience, and high-quality craftsmanship. Tim continues to apply his wealth of roofing and siding knowledge to tackle new challenges and deliver exceptional results.

Jimmy is a dedicated professional from Blackfoot, Idaho, where he has lived his entire life. With expertise in insurance claims and customer satisfaction, he excels at helping clients navigate the complexities of their claims and ensuring they receive top-notch service. Outside of his professional work, Jimmy is passionate about sports and enjoys traveling to new places whenever possible. His personal motto is “When you love what you do, you’re always on vacation.” Whether he’s exploring new destinations or enjoying a favorite sport, he believes in living life to the fullest.

Born in Rexburg, Josh joined HomePro in 2018 as a roofing laborer, working with asphalt shingles. Over the years, he transitioned into a commercial siding and roofing supervisor, also gaining expertise in gutter installations and heat cable application. Specializing in metal roofing, Josh brings a wealth of experience to every project. In 2024, Josh met and married Maja, and together they welcomed a baby girl in January 2025. Outside of work, Josh enjoys hunting, snowmobiling, skiing, and rock climbing—passions that keep him connected to the great outdoors. Josh’s positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong work ethic make him a fantastic team member, and he shares these qualities with everyone he works with.
