An amazing experience
I had an amazing experience with Home Pro! Called for a bid on a new roof and had an estimate in front of me within 24 hours of them inspecting the roof. Even better I didn't have to haggle or negotiate on price, they came in lower than anyone on their first bid! They told me to expect 2 days to tear off the old roof and put on the new one. I Arrived home from work after the first day and it had already been completed. Absolutely amazing! In a world full of sub par customer service and quality, Home Pro was a breath of fresh air making this headache of a process easy and seamless.

So I had Timothy from Home Pro come to my house and check on a leak for me since my roofers were not responding. Timothy showed up at the time and day he said he would. He fixed the leak in about 5 minutes. Interestingly, the other roofer arrived while Home Pro was at my house. Let's just say, it was fantastic to have Home Pro supporting me. My other roofer quickly realized that he needed to step up his performance. My other roofer even told me that Home Pro is a fantastic company and does quality work that is based on the integrity of service. I wish I had known them before now. I highly recommend Home Pro for quality service based on integrity. Thank you so very much Home Pro and Timothy!!!!!

We had a great experience with HomePro Roof Co. they are personable and professional. They helped us work with our insurance to get a fair claim and coverage. They are very knowledgeable in Idaho codes and laws which was soooo helpful! While we were waiting for insurance to finalize coverage they had someone fix the leak in our roof because rain was in the forecast! We were 100% taken care of by our team! Very accommodating to our wants and desires! Our roof look 10 times better! Thank you thank you!

Sun Valley's building code sets a ground snow load requirement of 120 pounds per square foot, well above what most Idaho roofs are built for. That's why materials and framing matter more here than in lower-elevation towns, a roof built for a typical Idaho winter won't hold up under Sun Valley's snow load.
