Our Triple Warranty Protection
Manufacturer Warranty: Every window HomePro installs is backed by the manufacturer warranty. Depensing on the tier of window you choose this may be a minimum of 20 years, up to limited lifetime. Milgard, Andersen and Pella windows all have some of the best warranties in the industry, your window quote will include the specific warranty offered for your window.
Supplier Warranty: All of our windows are supplied by Builders First Source or Pella WYIDAHO. As suppliers they will also warranty the windows, and assist in all warranty replacements needed. This also includes *non-warranty replacement. Snowplow or mower break a window pane? Not to worry, they store all of the order information and can assist with an repair or replacement part and facilitate the installation.
Installer Warranty: We stand behind our quality and crafstmanship, that why our motto is “Do it right!” However, sometimes things go wrong, if they do you have the peace of mind that we will make it right. Our Installtion warranty covers one year from the date of install for Milgard and Pella windows, and 2 years for Andersen windows. This covers all of our workmanship in the installation of your doors and windows.
